In our initial meeting we will discuss what stage you are at with the design. This may be your first engagement where we can introduce you to an Architect and Engineer that reflect your design brief, budget and site characteristics, or you may have approved plans and are requiring a fully itemised and transparent quotation. We work closely with the Architect and Engineer pre-DA to assess buildability.

During the quotation phase we break the job down into sub categories to ensure we are including every item in the build. We will send the tender package to our suppliers and contractors for accurate pricing. Our quotations are itemised, transparent and easily understood so we can ensure our client is aware of all inclusions and exclusions.

Once you are completely satisfied with our quotation we will sign a building contract which is transparent and easily understood then warranty insurance will be obtained.

We are now at the exciting stage! We will be erecting site fencing and signage ready for the commencement of the build. You will be provided with a timeline for the schedule of works and will have direct access to Dan Mennie at all times. We will schedule weekly or fortnightly site visits where you can physically see the progress of your home come to life. Dan Mennie is the Site manager of every Mennie Builders project and builds each home as if is were his own.

This is where your dream becomes a reality! You are moments away from moving in. We will walk through your new home with the architect, We will open every door, Test every tap and go over the entire house to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your new home.
